Damaged or Faulty Items

If you receive an item that is visibly damaged, we urge you not to accept or sign for it. In the case of receiving a product that is ‘Dead on Arrival’ (DOA), especially disposable items like clearomisers, cartomisers, and wick & coils, please contact our customer service immediately. Note that disposable items are not covered under warranty due to their disposable nature. Claims for damaged or faulty items will be processed within 5 working days from the notification date. Please report any damaged items received within 5 working days of delivery.

Missing or Lost Goods

If goods ordered are not received or are deemed lost in transit, or if the shipment does not contain all the goods ordered, please notify Anicres within 14 days of placing your order. We will investigate lost packages with our courier partner(s). Claims for lost goods can only be accepted within this time limit.

Refusal of Transaction

We reserve the right to withdraw any products from our Website, remove or edit any materials or content, and refuse to process a transaction for any reason or refuse service at any time at our sole discretion. We will not be held liable for any consequences arising from such actions.
